I did not ask HBCSE. This is from previous experiences with declaration of results. Results have usually been declared around late evening, approximately at 7:00 to 8:00. However, it is human tendency to be slightly late and the results, barring any grave unknown factor, will likely be known by 9:00. Any time within that frame is possible and likely.
That is unlikely. By measuring the website's traffic, it is quite clear that the website's service is unavailable only due to the relatively high amount of visitors in the past few hours.
I am in no way connected with HBCSE or TIFR. I only use my common sense and deductive reasoning skills, along with a penchant for statistics. I'm just saying that the cutoff is in my opinion, likely to be 44.75.
