The answer of 3rd qs. 2nd part is indeed 426.6666 that's why i wrote it to be nearly 426 km/hr.. the answer is 2*Radius of earth (in km)*3/90 which comes out to be 426.666 the solution is that every 1 deg = Radius of earth (Re)/90 so 2 deg with respect to ground= 2*Re/90 an time is 1/3 hrs. now calculate 6th question the figure would be a trapezium you need to trace the figure of each vertex last one I don't have any idea but your reason could be correct. PS- nice obv. that y jupiter's mass is given but friend the jupiter's mass i guess was given in every years quetion paper do check

Guys lets analyse the papers of both injso and inao carefully and lets estimate the cutoffs. We'll take all considerations into account and get the nearest estimation of the cutoff instead of just posting some random numbers as a cutoff prediction. Lets do something productive of this blog. Reply to this with your views on the cutoff and the reason why you think so.
I think that cutoff of Injso won't go below 37 as many here are getting 40 and above and many people getting 40 or more aren't posting there marks so I guess if in Injso a child gets less then 37 he/she has no chance. In Inao I guess no one below 30 has a chance and maximum a child can score is 45-50. so if 20 students need to be selected then cutoff will be from 30-32 .
hbcse answer key is depressing getting an 35-36 for inao and about 50 in injso any chance of selection guys??? feeling depressed abt inao 2nd question solution is completely different from what was discussed here
few of the answers are wrong and scoring between 25 to 27 in injso and 13 to 20 in inao any chances because many of the students posting here can be posting just fake marks also so by that can i get selected?
Maybe that will be enough. Even i am getting 39.5 in the worst case by hbcse key but i think that 3 more answers are correct for me . I have e-mailed the corrections to hbcse.
in injso airbag-sodium azide question hbcse has said that 2.7 moles of n2 occupies 72 dm3 isn't it 3 mol of n2 occupies 72dm3 pl reply as that question carries 2 marks which can change ones fate...
that is because of difference in pressure i think. using pv=nrt u get a a pressure not equal to 1 atm but the question demands only 1 atm pressure. i think that is the reason

Marks in nsejs should not be judged as the criteria for doing well in injso or any of the subsequent stages. I did not really give nsejs this year( as I have crossed the age limit) but last year I was able to make it to the ijso team even though I had scored just 110 in nsejs :-) Just my 2 cents ...
see if anyone has scored below 135 in nsejs it does not mean that he can not score 50 in injso and if that was the matter then every candidate in ocsc must have been from andhra Pradesh.it is possiblethat he might have done silly mistakes in stage 1 .1 and 2 stage are totally different it might be clear from the andhra Pradesh example.And I thought that vijay Singh is a bihari. and why don't youmention your name.

The paper was far easy than This year's.the cutoff is in range 40-45 if they mark with leniency and 35-40 if they follow a very very strict marking pattern .
Well, the question on proof is fairly dependent on examiner and all the qs have a fair chance that +-.25may be possible per question and +-2in proof or step,dependent question.And the guy mention your Name so that we shall verify if he really is what he claims.
The subjective part has only 40 marks out of which most of the answers are clear. Only a few questions are dependant about the correction of the examiner. So a difference of 5 marks in the cutoff based on leniency is not posible at all. We might expect the cutoff being a maximum of 43 marks to a minimum of 40 marks.

I am getting 30 in Injso . I am getting so less because I made mistake in order of answers in subjective part of total 10 marks. It would not be fair to comment on cutoff's at this point of time, most of you did nice and did hard work. Performance Cards are round the corner. Astronomy Paper was based on real Astronomy. HBCSE is always soft on you students but they have their limitations too. so do not get anxious on cutoff's rather concentrate on your class exams and few would be having class X board exams, so prepare for that. Things are not that bad boys, do not worry. All the best for your forthcoming exams.
hyy samridh i tried to find your name in all the 3 list of nsec but i couldn't so how you got selected because i too have appeared and score 156 and my state cut off was 168 but there are few states who's cut off is less than 156 if i would be from there i would have made it to incho very bad criteria of selection by iapt.
I want to ask u which questions got changed in inao. I m unable to identify them. I m getting around 48 in injso and more than 40 in inao. I got an increment of 5 marks(all the 4 corrections increased my marks).

I m getting around 45-50 in injso and around 50 in inao jr. What are my odds of gwtting selected in both of them.(with answer key of reso) and of inao , i m not sure.

reso should upload the paper analysis so that we can estimate the cutoff in both the papers

ReplyDeletelets analyse the papers of both injso and inao carefully and lets estimate the cutoffs.
We'll take all considerations into account and get the nearest estimation of the cutoff instead of just posting some random numbers as a cutoff prediction.
Lets do something productive of this blog.
Reply to this with your views on the cutoff and the reason why you think so.
I think that cutoff of Injso won't go below 37 as many here are getting 40 and above and many people getting 40 or more aren't posting there marks so I guess if in Injso a child gets less then 37 he/she has no chance.
DeleteIn Inao I guess no one below 30 has a chance and maximum a child can score is 45-50. so if 20 students need to be selected then cutoff will be from 30-32 .

few of the answers are wrong and scoring between 25 to 27 in injso and 13 to 20 in inao any chances because many of the students posting here can be posting just fake marks also so by that can i get selected?

isn't it 3 mol of n2 occupies 72dm3
pl reply as that question carries 2 marks which can change ones fate...
that is because of difference in pressure i think. using pv=nrt u get a a pressure not equal to 1 atm but the question demands only 1 atm pressure. i think that is the reason

DeleteMarks in nsejs should not be judged as the criteria for doing well in injso or any of the subsequent stages. I did not really give nsejs this year( as I have crossed the age limit) but last year I was able to make it to the ijso team even though I had scored just 110 in nsejs :-)

ReplyDeletesee if anyone has scored below 135 in nsejs it does not mean that he can not score 50 in injso and if that was the matter then every candidate in ocsc must have been from andhra Pradesh.it is possiblethat he might have done silly mistakes in stage 1 .1 and 2 stage are totally different it might be clear from the andhra Pradesh example.And I thought that vijay Singh is a bihari. and why don't youmention your name.

ReplyDeleteThe paper was far easy than This year's.the cutoff is in range 40-45 if they mark with leniency and 35-40 if they follow a very very strict marking pattern .

DeleteThe subjective part has only 40 marks out of which most of the answers are clear.

So a difference of 5 marks in the cutoff based on leniency is not posible at all.
We might expect the cutoff being a maximum of 43 marks to a minimum of 40 marks.

It would not be fair to comment on cutoff's at this point of time, most of you did nice and did hard work. Performance Cards are round the corner. Astronomy Paper was based on real Astronomy. HBCSE is always soft on you students but they have their limitations too.
