NCO exam postponed to 21 September

NCO exam has been postponed to 21 Sep ,however nothing of this sort has been mentioned on the web site of SOF, some schools have received the mail from the SOF to conduct this exam on 21 Sep. We also have the report that few schools have already conducted this exam today. SOF management should look in to this
